More Than Just Okay

More Than Just Okay is a mental health therapy service based out of Dover, NH. The owner’s approach is rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia, an evidenced based treatment that focuses on helping patients understand the root cause of their sleep, learn new strategies to manage sleep anxieties, and reset their sleep patterns. She works to help clients understand their own unique sleep schedules and needs, while providing concrete skills clients can use even after therapy is over.

She was looking for branding specifically around the sleep & anxiety portion of the business. With this in mind, the logo itself was centered around the possible insomnia that her patients were coming to her for. This being the target audience, the brand needed to resemble a form of peace and calm. The font chosen is called Fields and resembles that overall feel. The blue was chosen to establish trust and honesty in the therapist from the perspective of a potential client.
